  • Crepaz named CTL Teaching Fellow

Dr. Markus Crepaz has been selected as one of eight Senior Teaching Fellows by The University of Georgia’s Center for Teaching & Learning.  The fellowship allows senior faculty to focus on undergraduate instruction by providing opportunities to exchange innovative ideas with other teaching fellows, and to strengthen and enhance their own teaching and that of the faculty in their home departments.  Only associate and full professors who have been at UGA for five or more years are eligible for this fellowship.

The CTL Senior Teaching Fellows Program was originally established at the University of Georgia in 1987 through a three-year grant from the U.S. Department of Education's Fund for the Improvement of Post-Secondary Education (FIPSE). In 1990, the program was continued with full support from the University of Georgia.

  • An insider's account

Loch K. Johnson's book, American Foreign Policy and the Challenges of World Leadership: Power, Principle, and the Constitution, sets the stage for the ongoing debate about how the U.S. ought to conduct itself as a world power.
